So, I couldn’t resist and had to finish what’s left of the series. The library only had an audiobook version, and that was something new. I rarely listen to audiobooks just because I tend to comprehend visually rather than auditory. This one didn’t disappoint. It was neat to listen to different perspectives rather than having my own voice for each character.

Although it is not Christmas time, I just needed to follow through with the series and I’m so glad I did. The Murphy girls are back at it coming back to Peachtree Bluff for Thanksgiving. Ansley and Jack are set to go on a cruise right before Christmas and when everyone returns again for all the celebrations when they find out that one of the biggest hurricanes is set to hit Peachtree Bluff. They are forced to evacuate when Vivi goes missing and Jack and Ansley try to find her. Kimmy’s brother Tyler finds Vivi and they have to brave through the storm. The family is all able to survive and come back together for Christmas, despite Ansley and Jack missing their once-in-a-lifetime cruise.

Caroline decides to go on a date with her high school sweetheart; Sloane and Adam decide to buy Caroline’s land after the house is destroyed; Kyle and Emerson get engaged; Jack and Ansley move into her house rather than stay in Jack’s. So many surprises, so many laughs. It was a great book and I cannot wait for more in this series!
