Wow…talk about a psychological thriller. One of my favorite genres right now. This one will keep you guessing and wanting more. I’ve never read one of Megan Miranda’s books, but I’m intrigued and interested.

Abby is a young woman who works at an inn in a mountain town in North Carolina. There are several travelers who end up missing and so it becomes legend for tourists. The newest guest, Trey West, is one of the missing guests brother, and he is determined to find answers, the truth and some closure. This spurs Abby in finding some answers herself, and discovering that pieces of evidence are hidden under her name without her knowledge. She questions her “aunt” Celeste and a close friend, Cory, of what some of these occurrences are but no one wants to give answers for fear of what they will find. Through lots of twists and turns, we find out Abby’s own personal connection to the case as well as what happened to all the guests…

I don’t want to give too many spoilers since this one is a good one. I even had a gasping out loud moment…have you ever had those while reading? Preorder this one NOW….it releases July 26th, 2022.
