In true McFadden fashion, this book kept me guessing and I was hooked pretty quickly. It does not disappoint.

April is a stay at home mom who has a YouTube channel where she cooks and bakes and shares a secret of the recipe. April has friends in the neighborhood and she tries to be friendly and neighborly or so she thinks. Through a set of twists and turns, it turns out April might not be as innocent as everyone once thought.

Her friend Julie figures her out and sets her up to get caught by sending her mysterious text messages from a burner phone. In the end, justice prevails…or does it??

Five stars from me and a quick read. I highly recommend this one and suggest if you haven’t tried a McFadden, you should!
