What a great book. Hildebrand never disappoints. It was an easy and quick read.

Meredith is in trouble. Her husband has been convicted of embezzlement and sentenced to a significant amount of time. She is also being investigated for her possible involvement or knowledge. Her childhood best friend, Connie, picks her up and takes her to Nantucket for the summer. This time together is a time for healing for both women individually and together. The reader finds themselves in this journey with Connie and Meredith and finds it rewarding.

This was a five-star book for me. I loved it. I’m a fan of this author anyway and always love to read her books. You should check this one out.
