I am really loving sports romances, and this one did not disappoint, at all! While this is the second book, it was easy to read without reading the first! I will be reading the first though!

Darcy is the assistant to the GM to the Legends hockey team. She and the Captain, Eric, avoid each other but have an attraction to each other. They concoct a scheme to be fake dating to their mutual family’s wedding festivities. While it appears like a rouse them, it turns into something much much better.

Eric struggles to deny his feelings while Darcy avoids them and doesn’t want to face the possible positive reality of happiness she could experience. When the two finally give into their feelings, it is bliss.

Check out this book (and series) to enjoy the romance between two unsuspecting coworkers. Five stars from me!
